Union minister of state Dr Sanjeev Kumar Balyan has said the people of Haryana have made up their mind to bring the Bharatiya Janata Party to power in the state. "The BJP would form government on its own," Dr Balyan told mediapersons on Saturday.
He accompanied Capt Abhimanyu Sindhu, BJP candidate from Narnaund, and Chhattarpal Singh, party candidate from Hansi, as the two filed their nomination papers for the assembly elections.
He said the party would win more than 46 seats in Haryana to get majority in the House. "The BJP wave is clearly discernible in Haryana and the state would go in to a new era because there would be better coordination between the BJP governments at the Centre and in the state if the party comes to power in Haryana."
Balyan assured people that Chhattarpal and Capt Abhimanyu would get important positions if the BJP comes to power. Surinder Punia, party candidate from Barwala, and former minister and senior BJP leader Ganeshi Lal were also present on the occasion.
