CBI granted two more days for questioning arrested accused
Five days after the high profile PGIMER cheating scam, the CBI is still clueless about the beneficiaries involved and has been granted two more days for investigation and questioning of the 15 accused arrested on November 10.
Five days after the high profile PGIMER cheating scam, the CBI is still clueless about the beneficiaries involved and has been granted two more days for investigation and questioning of the 15 accused arrested on November 10.
The CBI has alleged that the accused are yet to disclose information regarding some of the most important points useful in unfolding the entire scam including the whereabouts of the beneficiaries, how much money was exchanged between the parties, along with the gadgets and clothes that were used, along with the identity forged in order to get entry into the entrance exam of PGIMER.
The CBI prayed for police remand of the accused for interrogating them thoroughly and that the accused might also be taken to Hyderabad and other states for identifying more evidence.
The CBI said unsolved mystery also included the whereabouts of the 3 out of 4 samsung galaxy tablets used during the process of cheating. The CBI said that police custody was being asked in order to get answers on various important questions that would lead to the root of the racket.
