Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (CCET) employees decided to continue their dharna to demand regularisation of their services in front of the institution's gate on Tuesday.

The decision came after a delegation of employees met the UT adviser on Tuesday. Employees said that the meeting yielded no results.

CCET employees have been protesting in front of the CCET gate from the past 16 days to seek a comprehensive policy for the regularisation of the institution's contractual teaching and non-teaching. The employees have been protesting from 1pm-2pm.

Employees claimed that administration is yet to form a committee to look into their issue.

Employees said that they would protest till the Chandigarh administration meets their demands.
