Chandigarh-Ludhiana train extended till Aug 31

The railways has decided to extend the Chandigarh-Ludhiana daily passenger train and the Ambala Cantt-Saharanpur special train till August 31.

The Chandigarh-Ludhiana train will depart from Ludhiana at 9am and reach Chandigarh at 12.10pm. The train will depart from Chandigarh at 1pm and reach Ludhiana at 3.25pm.

The Ambala Cantt-Saharanpur train will leave Saharanpur at 4.45am and reach Ambala at 6.30am. On its return journey, the train will depart from Ambala at 8.45pm to reach Saharanpur at 10.40pm.

Trains from Amritsar cancelled

The Amritsar-Chandigarh and the Amritsar-Nangal Dam express trains have been cancelled from July 10 to 29 as the railways has to undertake the non-interlocking work and overhauling of cabins at Amritsar.
