Social justice and empowerment minister Dhani Ram Shandil and chief parliamentary secretaries Vinay Kumar, Jagjivan Paul and Mansa Ram, will also be present at the function.
Meanwhile, HP Vidhan Sabha speaker BBL Butail will preside over a district-level function in Solan, whereas irrigation and public health minister Vidya Stokes at Dharamshala in Kangra district.
Health and family welfare minister Kaul Singh Thakur will preside over a function in Shimla; food, civil supplies and consumer affairs minister GS Bali in Bilaspur; MPP and power minister Sujan Singh Pathania in Kullu and forest minister Thakur Singh Bharmouri will preside over the function in Una.
Industries minister Mukesh Agnihotri, would preside over a district-level function in Mandi, urban development minister Sudhir Sharma in Chamba, excise and taxation minister Prakash Chaudhary at Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti district, rural development and panchayati raj minister Anil Sharma in Hamirpur and Jagat Singh Negi, state Vidhan Sabha deputy speaker at Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district.
Chief parliamentary secretary Neeraj Bharti will attend the function in Kangra with the irrigation and public health minister, chief parliamentary secretary Rajesh Dharmani in Bilaspur with the food, civil supplies and consumer affairs minister, chief parliamentary secretaries Nand Lal and Rohit Thakur in Shimla with the health and family welfare minister, chief parliamentary secretary Sohan Lal Thakur in Mandi with the industries minister and chief parliamentary secretary Inder Dutt Lakhanpal will attend the function in Hamirpur with the rural development and panchayati raj minister.
