In Punjab, Amritsar registered a low of 6 deg C down one degree the MeT department said here.

Ludhiana recorded a minimum of 8.9 degree C down one notch while Patiala's low of 8.6 degree C was also one point below normal.

Chandigarh registered a low of 8.9 degree C while Ambala in Haryana recorded a minimum of 9.9 degree C.
