Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) party secretary general Ajay Chautala on Monday accused the Haryana government for selling the government jobs. He said, "Congress government is either selling the government jobs or giving them to their favourite ones."
Chautala said that the Congress government had made up its mind to give a particular job in Haryana assembly to one of its favourite person and didn't properly advertise about it so as to get fewest applications for the same.
He also referred to inadequate advertisements given by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and said that the jobs were being given in pick-and-choose manner from back door or were simply sold in the state.
He alleged that former sarpanch of village Kambopura was even murdered after he allegedly sought his money back from the then minister Om Prakash Jain and chief Parliamentary secretary Zile Ram Sharma who had allegedly taken the money to get him jobs, but had failed to do so.
Chautala also alleged that while family members of another Congress MLA were facing charges of taking money in lieu of getting youths government jobs. He added that even a similar police case had also been registered in chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda's own home town about three months ago, in which some persons - reported to be close to ruling government - had been named though the police had not arrested any one in the context.
