Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Ellenabad Pawan Beniwal on Thursday lashed out at the Chautalas and said it was time to teach them that nobody was bigger than the public.

Addressing Ellenabad residents, the former aide of Abhay Chautala accused the Chautalas of being arrogant. People are ready for change and are just waiting for October 15, he said.

Though Ellenabad is Chautalas’ bastion, scenario has now changed and people want mafiaraj and goondaism to end, he continued.

He slammed the Chautalas’ further and said that in INLD regime the decisions were made from their bungalows, and accused them of nepotism.

Warning that work in the state would depend on the Chautalas’ mood, if they came to power, he appealed to the people to turn up at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally on October 11.
