Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Chandigarh Gulkirat Kaur Panag began her day at 7am from Rajiv Colony. She interacted with residents and heard their grievances that pertained to their rightful civic fundamentals and the apathy that the UT administration and the mun-icipal corporation had towards them.

She committed to the people that as highlighted by party convener Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, she would strive to ensure that the allocated budget expenditure was planned in consultation with the people.

Gul also interacted with residents of Sector 38.

At 11.30am, Gul visited the marker of Sectors 30 and 32. She interacted with shopkeepers and shoppers.

Gul conveyed to those present that, “We are an honest party, with humble means .We don’t have the budgets to organise big rallies or ferry people by buses or trucks.

The response that the people gave was spontaneous, overwhelming and enumerative of their commitment to the AAP’s fight against corruption.”

In the evening, Gul visited Palsora village and Sector 55. She reiterated her firm resolve to ensure that the development of villages, new sectors and colonies was at par with the developed sectors of the city.

Palsora residents Dajeet Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Balwinder Kaur and Sohan Puri along with others supported Gul during her campaign.
