Haryana police officials awarded for meritorious service

Two Haryana IPS officer have been awarded President’s Police Medals for distinguished services while 14 other police officers and personnel have been awarded Police Medals for Meritorious Service.

A Haryana Police spokesperson said that director general of police reforms, Gurgaon Sheel Madhur and additional director general of police (headquarters), Panchkula Prashant Kumar Agrawal have been awarded the President’s Police Medal for distinguished services.

The police Medals for meritorious services have been awarded to Dr. Binay Kumar Sinha, additional director general of police, vigilance bureau, Gurgaon, Surinder Pal Singh, additional superintendent of police, Ambala; Surinder Mohini, deputy superintendent of police, first battalion Haryana Armed Police (HAP) Ambala City; Dalip Kumar, assistant commissioner of Police (Headquarters), Panchkula; Ajay Kumar, Inspector CID, Sirsa; and Jyoti Sheel, Inspector CID, Rohtak.

Others who have also been awarded police medals for meritorious service included Rajiv Mohan, sub-inspector state Crime Records Bureau (headquarters), Madhuban; Sultan Singh, Sub-inspector, Madhuban; Harbilas Singh, Sub-inspector, Panchkula; Sikandar Lal, Sub-inspector CID, Ambala; Jitender Singh, ORP Sub-inspector, HPA Madhuban; Devi Lal, Assistant Sub-inspector, office of ADGP/L&O; Seema Gupta, Assistant Sub-inspector, office of DGP and Suresh Chand, Assistant Sub-inspector, Panchkula.
