Who will represent the city in the 16th Lok Sabha? The million dollar question might yet be locked up in the minds of voters, but HT contacts the people who seem to know it all, the astrologers, for a peep into the possible future on May 16, the day the votes are counted.

The opinion is divided, but each makes a convincing case.

Read on and see if you agree or disagree.

Tarot card reader Gayatri Singh predicts that AAP’s Gul Panag will win as she has the ‘9’ factor in her favour. She is in her 36th year, which adds up to 9 and the Hindu New Year having just started as per the Hindu calendar is a good omen. The Navami also lasts till April 10 morning, the polling day.

Astrologer Madan Gupta Spatu claims that Congress’ Pawan Bansal will win as his lucky number is seven and there are several pointers that these elections belongs to that number. “This being the 16th Lok Sabha and the numbers adding up to seven, he is the favourite. The counting takes place on May 16, again seven.”

“This is also the 7th election in Chandigarh, again a favourable sign,” he adds.

Seema Singh, astrologer, predicts a close contest, but sees BJP’s Kirron Kher winning. “I see that Kirron Kher and sitting MP Pawan Kumar Bansal have ‘Rajyoga’ in their horoscope.”

Ashok Sharma, astrologer, sees BJP’s Kirron Kher as the next MP. He claims that Kirron’s Rahu, Mercury and Moon are in her favour and her horoscope shows that her luck has turned after January 3, 2014.
