State president of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), Ashok Arora has said on the occasion of Chaudhary Devi Lal’s birth anniversary on September 25 a historic rally will be held at Jind, where the party will lay foundation stone for the next government.

Addressing a party workers’ meeting here on Saturday, Arora said this rally will break all previous records. Lashing out at the state Congress government, Arora said in the last 10 years the Bhupinder Singh Hooda government has only done three things in the state — looted the state, spread dynasty politics and discriminated on the issue of development.

Criticising the Hooda government’s “No 1 Haryana” slogan, the Punjabi leader said today Haryana is number one in crime, unemployment, lack of basic amenities, lack of teachers, doctors, irrigation water, electricity supply and lack of good roads.

The Hooda government is only trying to fool people by giving “No. 1 Haryana” slogan in advertisements, but reality is exactly different, Arora added.

He appealed to the people to cast their vote in favour of INLD candidate from Sirsa, Makhan Lal Singla to help INLD form next government in the state.

Makhan Lal Singla said, “Our 80-year-old leader Om Parkash Chautala is behind bars because he gave jobs to unemployed youths. Now the time has come for us to unite and make the INLD government in the state and teach a lesson to rivals.”
