An action plan for four new courts to be set up in the court complex at the district headquarters in Jind has been approved.
An official spokesperson said in a release on Thursday that these courts would have modern facilities and a provision of `5.92 crore had been made for the construction of these courts.
He said that there would also be facility of retiring room for judges, rooms for other employees, besides other facilities. The office of district attorney would also be set up in these courts.
He said that with a view to ensure the security of court complex, construction work of boundary wall had been started and a sum of Rs 50 lakh would be spent on it. A guard room would also be constructed along with the boundary wall, he added.
