Fitness formula: Yoga thrice a week and functional training plus weight training thrice a week; once or twice a week a game of squash; meditation for a couple of hours in a week.
Look-wise: Facials and yoga help skin and hair, regular massage sessions for good blood circulation and homemade face and hair packs suffice to keep skin and hair in good shape.
Eating right: Cereals with milk, egg whites/upma for breakfast; at mid-noon I have a fruit; lunch includes rice, dal, veggies, bajra roti, jaggery; evening snack comprises of one fruit, lemonade/ coconut water or roasted channa; for dinner I have chicken/fish with roti, a bowl of curd, figs and two dates.
Hot tip: Stress can leave you withered, so leave it alone. Drink warm water after meals and keep smiling!
