Bikram Singh Majithia came out of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office after interrogation in Jalandhar and said he was ready for any kind of investigation in the drug case. Enforcement Directorate investigated the Punjab revenue minister for four and a half hours.
Finally, the high-profile Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) Headquarters in Jalandhar on Friday.
Accompanied with former Olympian and Jalandhar Cantt MLA Pargat Singh, Majithia arrived at the ED Office at 10.23 am. Amid huge presence of the media, Majithia stepped out of his car and told the lensmen present to click his photographs and publish the same in the newspapers with a free will.
Tight security arrangements were made by the police as precautionary measures. It is pertinent to mention here that Majithia appeared before the ED in wake of the summons issued to him by the premier investigation agency (ED) on account of the ongoing probe in the multi-crore drug racket.
