Man held for using unfair means during SSC exam

The local police on Sunday arrested a person for cheating during the staff selection commission (SSC) examination at Post Graduate Government College, Sector 42, Chandigarh.

The local police on Sunday arrested a person for cheating during the staff selection commission (SSC) examination at Post Graduate Government College, Sector 42, Chandigarh.

The invigilators on the duty caught the accused using mobile phone for cheating. The accused has been identified as Vivek Kumar of Uttar Pradesh. On the complaint filed by assistant professor Mohit Verma, a case of cheating and criminal conspiracy has been registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sector 36 police
station.
