Only two days are left to apply for the Panjab University LLB entrance test, with May 9 being the last day to apply for the three-year law course on the Panjab University Campus (PU), Chandigarh; PU regional centres of Muktsar, Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur.
A PU spokesman said the prospectus and application form for the entrance test were available on the website www. pglaw.puchd.ac.in.
The admissions for the LL.B course will be based on entrance test and the marks in the qualifying examination.
Qualifying examination and entrance test will each carry 50% weightage. The entrance test CET-UG 2014 will be conducted on June 9.
Apart from foreign nationals/NRIs, there are 202 seats each in LLB for the morning and evening shifts on the PU campus.
There will be 58,72 and 60 seats at PU regional centres of Muktsar, Ludhiana and Hoshiarpur, respectively.
Three seats are reserved for economically weaker sections at UILS Swami Sarvanand Giri PU Regional Centre, Hoshiarpur. There are 27 seats for foreign nationals/NRIs on PU campus, eight seats at PU regional centre, Muktsar and nine seats at PU regional centre, Ludhiana.
The last date for the submission of online application to generate the bank challan is May 9, and last date for the submission of fee in any branch of the SBI is May 12 up to 4 pm.
The last date for the submission of fee details and uploading of photograph, signature with the rest of the information on the website is May 14.
E-Admit cards would be available on the website on May 27.
There would be no physical communication for this purpose, PU spokesman informed.
