A day after Punjab and Haryana high court issued non bailable warrant against Satlok Ashram spiritual head--Sant Rampal and his aide--R.K Dhaka, national president of Rastriya Samaj Sewa Samiti, the RSS head has adopted tough posture ahead of possible arrest of former.
Notably, the high court had asked the committee members of RSS and Sant Rampal to appear in court on Monday in a contempt case of Hisar based court. After duo failed to appear, the court had issued non bailable warrant against them and asked police to produce them on Tuesday.
In a joint statment of RSS president Ram Kumar Dhaka and general secretary Balwan Singh through a press release, they claimed that it was on the directions of court they all remain available in Hisar court. And after receiving contempt notice against RSS members, they all put up an application before Chandigarh court to arrange for their stay on 5th November.
