In violation of the guidelines of the Panjab University student council elections, members of NSUI party were caught red handed as they held a car rally on Tuesday afternoon, a day prior to polling.

A bunch of students started the rally from Sector 32, near the Government hospital. High-end cars, flags, party banners and stickers and girls raising slogans marked the student body's rally.

Below there are two videos showing blatant violation of norms.
