Nurse accuses doctor of molestation
A nurse working in a primary health centre (PHC), Randhava, in Chaupata village of the district has accused a male doctor of molesting her during duty hours on last Wednesday. Though she had registered a police complaint on August 20, the police have not taken any action against doctor, she alleged.

She has now written a letter to the DSP, pointing out delay in the case.
In her complaint, she has stated that a male doctor of the PHC named Navneet Singh molested her when she went in the room and he clutched her hand on Wednesday. He also threatened her that if she will deny making relationship, he will complaint to the authorities of Primary Health Centre and deputation her.
Sukhdev Shingh, SHO Chopta, said, they have registered a case against the doctor on the complaint of the nurse. There is no delay in the case as the nurse came for the complaint they have registered a FIR against the doctor under the section 345 of Indian Penal Code (wrongful confinement of person for whose liberation writ has been issued). Tomorrow police have called both parties in the police station and DSP will come to see the case.
