Popular oriental restaurant The Oriental Blossom, which has tasted huge success at Hotel Marine Plaza, Mumbai and at other properties of Sarovar Hotels and Resorts, will now cater to the taste buds of the tricity.

The restaurant, launched at hotel Park Plaza in Sector 17 on Monday, specialises in Oriental cuisine including Chinese food cooked using Schezwan and Cantonese styles. While the names of some dishes here may sound familiar, it is the aroma of authentic ingredients that is certainly unique.

The chef, Huang, has many specialities to offer but Crispy Aromatic Duck and Tiger Prawns are a must-try.

Also try Chimney soup, Fiery Potato Crisp Fries, Spinach-coated Dimsum, Mongolian Chicken and round it up with Banana Fritters with ice cream or honey-tossed noodles with almond flakes.
For those who are inclined towards a deal, the restaurant's set menus is a good option. It has packages, starting from Rs 4080 (approximately Rs 500 per ahead), that serve eight people.
Here, one can order starters, soups and five different vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes of choice.

While the ambience is pleasing with a staff that is well informed, the music played at the restaurant will make you feel at Hong Kong.
