Claim to fame: One of the top 11 finalists in Miss India Chandigarh 2013. In the same year, won the titles of Miss Eyeconic Eyes and a Style Diva North runners-up. This year, selected among 12 girls from Chandigarh to participate in Miss India 2014.
Best part about doing what you do: It is my passion and I get to meet so many new people, celebrities and get the best training in this field.

One of the top 11 finalists in last year's Miss India Chandigarh contest, Amarjot won the title of Miss Eyeconic Eyes from Chandigarh. This year, she had yet again made it to the finalists of the Miss India contest that is slated to take place in Mumbai next month.
Currently being trained in Mumbai for the event, Amarjot describes herself as a fun-loving, confident girl who loves participating in various contests. A pass-out from Shivalik Public School, Chandigarh,the vivacious girl is a computer science graduate working as a senior software engineer at Infosys, Chandigarh.
Excited about representing Chandigarh in the Miss India finals in April, Amarjot says her journey so far has been amazing, for which she is grateful to god. "Winning the Miss India contest is a childhood dream and I am very glad to have cleared the auditions this year. I would use this platform to bring about a positive change in the society," she says.
