Acting swiftly, Rohtak police caught a person, who allegedly made a call at the blast site to the Shish Ganj gurdwara in New Delhi on Sunday.

Police got into action, after getting a tip-off from their Delhi counterparts, and detained the owner of a SIM card from where the call had been made. Rajiv alias Rajbir, belongs to Sunaria village of the distrct. Rajbir told the police that he had lost his mobile on September 18, while eating at a roadside dhaba.

Police found his statement true, and enquired from the dhaba owner. The dhaba owner claimed that he was handed the mobile phone without a SIM card by a former employee of the dhaba, who left the job on September 21.

Police found that Sanjay, the ex-employee at the said dhaba was recommended on this job by a person named Subhash Tekhadar, a resident of Chadni chowk, New Delhi. The police have arrested Subhash Tekhadar from his Delhi residence. Police believe that Sanjay who was recommended by Subhash Tekhadar, made the threat call.

Rohtak SP Vivek Sharma told HT "We have found vital leads in the case, and would soon catch the real culprit who made a threat call to Delhi police on Sunday".
