Targeting the Congress and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD),Prime Minister Modi said, "I have seen Haryana's politics for the last 15 years. It has been controlled by five families. Prime Minister Modi, who was addressing a rally in Sirsa further said, ?If you want to free Haryana from dynastic rule, caste based politics and bad governance then vote for the BJP, which is a democratic party.

"I want to assure you, if you help BJP form its government with clear majority, the development which didn't take place in 50 years will be done," he added.

Reaching out to the middle-class and members of the farming community, Prime Minister Modi promised to create a new model of state development for Haryana if BJP comes to power in the state.
