Candidates interested in MSc (honours school) in anthropology should apply to the Panjab University before July 2, said the authorities on Saturday.
There are 23 seats for the course with additional 3 seats for NRI candidates. The admission to MSc (HS) will be based on merit.
A spokesman said the other courses available in the department were BSc (HS), diploma in forensic science and criminology and PhD. There are 34 seats for BSc(HS) including four seats of NRI quota at the department. The diploma in forensic science and criminology course has 22 seats, including two seats for inservice government sponsored police personnel.
The admission for BSc(HS) will be done through a combined entrance test while for diploma course, admission will be on merit. The admission process for diploma course as well as BSc (HS course) will also start on July 2.
