PU to hold CET today

Panjab University (PU) released a route map on Friday for the Common Entrance Test to be held on Saturday.

Nearly 15,000 students are expected to appear for various tests for undergraduate semester system courses, including BPharm and BSc (Honours School) at PU on Saturday.

PU spokesman stated that the candidates taking the test at CHD 1 to CHD 5 examination centres should enter from the gate no 1 (opposite Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research). The candidates appearing for the exam at CHD 9 to CHD 14, CHD 16 and CHD 17 examination centres should enter from the gate no 2 (opposite Sector 15).

Candidates appearing for the test at CHD 6 to CHD 8 and CHD 15 examination centres should enter the centre from gate no 3 (opposite Sector 25).

"Those accompanying the candidates must park their vehicles at appropriate parking slots so no inconvenience was caused to others. The University Law Auditorium and the English Department Auditorium would be available for them to sit during the exam," said the spokesperson.
