Punjab: Baba Farid varsity declares PMET result
The provisional result of the Punjab Pre-Medical Entrance Test (PMET), conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, on Sunday, was announced late on Monday night.

Saavi, a resident of Rajpura topped the PMET test while Chandigarh resident Ranchit bagged the second spot and Jalandhar-based Mannat Mahajan secured the third spot.
While all three scored 624 out of the total 800 marks in the test, top positions were determined after a tie-break.
The result has been uploaded on the BFUHS website (bfuhs.ac.in). The test was conducted at a single centre, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara.
More than 15,000 students had appeared in the examination for around 2,000 MBBS and BDS seats in private and government medical and dental colleges of the state.
