Avinash, who reached the ED office in the evening stayed there for half an hour.

Sources said the ED had told the CPS on Wednesday to submit the entire documents relating to his financial deals and transactions with banks, after investigating a Phillaur-based local businessman and his key aide Chatinder Goyal famously known as Seeta Arhitya.

Sources said the ED had also summoned Congress MP from Jalandhar Chaudhary Santokh Singh on October 17.
