Punjab: One IPS, 11 PPS officers reshuffled

The Punjab government on Thursday notified fresh portfolios for one IPS and 11 PPS officers. Dhruv Dhaiya, an IPS (Indian Police Service) officer, has been appointed as ASP, Dasuya (Hoshiarpur).

The PPS (Punjab Police Service) officers with fresh portfolios are Baljit Singh (DSP, Fazilka), Veer Chand (DSP, investigation, Fazilka), Balwinder Singh (DSP, NRI, Mohali), Ashwani Kumar (DSP, 3rd India Reserve Battalion, Ludhiana), Sukhwinder Singh (DSP, 4th India Reserve Battalion, Kapurthala), Jugraj Singh (DSP, investigation, Amritsar-rural), Jasbir Singh (DSP, headquarters, Tarn Taran), Gurmail Kaur (DSP, 7th India Reserve Battalion, Kapurthala), Harinder Pal Singh (DSP, 80th battalion of Punjab Armed Police, Jalandhar), Jagwinder Singh (DSP, investigation, Hoshiarpur) and Rajbalwinder Singh, DSP, detective, Kharar).
