Punjab police on Friday released the sketches of five suspected women suicide attackers, said to be having allegiance to Dera Sacha Sauda, and claimed they apprehend attack on some important persons of the state.

"These are sadhvis of Dera, who are likely to cause harm to some VIPs of the state," Additional Director General of Police (law and order) Chandrashekhar told PTI in Chandigarh.

The women, identified as Usha Rani, Gurcharan Kaur, Veerpal Kaur, Rama Devi and Kuldeep Kaur, are resident of Bhatinada district, he said, adding we are keeping a strict vigil and trying to nab these women.

Dera Sucha Sauda was in the controversy due to alleged blasphamous act of its cheif Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh. An Ambala court has also issued summon in two cases of murder and rape against the Dera chief.
