Reeking urinals, garbage heaps, regular sight here
The district courts complex in Sector 1 here portrays a contrasting reality from within and without.

While inside of the judicial complex is clean and bright, the premises outside is marred by heaps of garbage.
However, the lawyers’ chambers are not as well maintained as the complex. The moment one steps out of the complex building and into the lawyers’ chambers, on the right is a drain filled with waste. And garbage is dumped in a corner there.
LAWYERS’ CHAMBERS
Bereft of the maintenance enjoyed by the judicial complex, stinking toilets are the biggest problem here. Behind the lawyers’ chambers is yet another dumping ground.
JUDICIAL COMPLEX
The complex is clean for the most part with regularly-mopped floors, and tidy concrete slabs which serve as seats for litigants.
But, the toilets make for a dismal picture. The stench from these toilets makes it hard for people to even stand near the place.
District bar association president Amit Singla said, “No one cleans the area around the courts complex.
On Sunday, about a thousand Dera Sacha Sauda followers cleaned it as part of the Swachh Abhiyaan. Before that, no one ever bothered.”
