A PVR cinema at Elante Mall in Chandigarh's Industrial Area witnessed ruckus over the allegedly poor 3D quality of a movie on Wednesday night. According to Rupinder Singh, who had gone to watch English movie RIPD along with his family, the quality of picture was hurting the eyes of the audience, making them feel dizzy within minutes of the beginning of the 9pm show.
As the people started protesting, the staff blamed it on the glasses and provided different 3D-assistance glasses. But the problem persisted, and the management was reportedly forced to refund the tickets.
However, despite repeated attempts by HT, Harloveleen Singh, assistant manager of the PVR cinemas, didn't take phone calls.
