Six Haryana teachers to get national award

The National Award to Teachers, 2013, would be conferred upon six teachers of Haryana by the union ministry of human resource development at New Delhi on Teachers' Day, September 5, an official release said on Monday.

The National Award to Teachers, 2013, would be conferred upon six teachers of Haryana by the union ministry of human resource development at New Delhi on Teachers' Day, September 5, an official release said on Monday.

Director, secondary education department, Vivek Atray said in the release that teachers selected were Sunita Nandal, elementary head teacher, government high school (GHS) Brah Khurd, Jind; Aarti Sethi, head teacher, government primary school (GPS) Chunia farm, Pehowa block, Kurukshetra; Narender Goss, social study master, GMS Julhera, Jind; Dharam Singh, drawing teacher, government senior secondary school, Khairari, Rohtak; Ved Vati, government senior secondary school, Nathupur, Gurgaon; and Satbir Singh, mathematics master, GSSS, Shergarh, Kaithal.
