The woman alleged that Sumit Kuleri sped away after passing lewd comments at her outside Post Graduate Government College for Girls (PGGCG) in Sector 11 on Thursday.

The police have booked Sumit, a student of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College in Sector 26, for making attempts to outrage the modesty of a woman.

The police said Sumit was stalking the woman, who studies at PGGCG-11, for the past few days.

On Thursday, Sumit again came to PGGCG-11 and started passing comments at the woman and also misbehaved with her. The accused was arrested, but later released on bail.
