Sukhbir to woo ITC, Ranbaxy in Delhi meet
After his recent efforts in Bengaluru and Mumbai, Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has scheduled another summit with top industrialists and businessmen in Delhi over the next two days to showcase investment opportunities in the state.
After his recent efforts in Bengaluru and Mumbai, Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has scheduled another summit with top industrialists and businessmen in Delhi over the next two days to showcase investment opportunities in the state.
The deputy chief minister will meet heads of various business units like ITC Group, Ranbaxy and Cargill India on Friday and Saturday, a spokesman said here on Thursday.
"He will hold one-to-one meetings with the captains of industry to make them aware of the unique steps taken by the Punjab government for investment opportunities," the spokesman said.
Sukhbir will also preside over a special meeting with members of the Punjab Investment Advisory Council and heads of industrial houses, who included representatives of Helion Venture, CK Birla Group, Jubilant Bhartia Group, Dabur India, Bharti Airtel and Bharti Enterprises.
