Actor Priyanka Chopra, who is pursuing a music career now, and has released her hit single In The City, last year, says that there are certain songs, that have been  milestones in her life.

“When I was in school, some people told me I looked like Kajol, so every day, before I’d leave for school, I’d steal a few minutes to play her in front of the mirror and dance to Mere Khawabon Mein Jo Aaye,” she shares while listing out her life-defining songs in the March issue of Vouge.

Then of course, there is Don’t Wanna Be a Player by Joe that reminds her of a crush from school . “He was really cute and he would often sing this songs,” she shares.

Cut, to her days in Bollywood, and its Tu Mera Hero from Desi Boyz that draws her to the dance floor. “I’m much more of a house-party kind of person. But when step out with my friends, I love it when this song comes on.”

And there is Breakeven by The Script that she listens to while “having junk food.” But it’s Lauryn Hill’s rendition of Killing Me Softly, “That turns me into mush,” she says, adding, “I’ve had a notion of the perfect romance and hero in my head.” Has anyone come close? “Yes, of course,” she says.
