Director Sudhir Mishra’s latest flick, Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, may have been screened at film festivals, but it has not yet been released. At least officially. But a rough cut of the movie has been leaked online, on video sharing website YouTube. The film, starring Neil
Nitin Mukesh, Soha Ali Khan, Kay Kay Menon and Shahana Goswami, was premiered at the London Inter-national Film Festival in October last year.

It is tentatively slated to release in April.

The production company, UK-based Medient Corp, has written to YouTube and its owner Google to remove the videos. Although the complaint was acknowledged, the videos were not taken off till late Tuesday evening.

Manu Kumaran, CEO, Medient Corp, attributed the delay to the time difference as the companies’ offices are in the US.

Kumaran said they had also filed a complaint with the cyber crime cell and another complaint at Juhu police station.

“We haven’t seen this cut in a long time. I’m surprised that the DVD of the very first rough cut exists,” he said from London. “The final product is very different from what has been leaked on the Internet. We’re changing the sound and background music and are still working on it.”
