Dharamshala: Mortal remains of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Sanjay Kumar, who died in a Maoist ambush, will reach his native Chechian village, about 15 kilometers from Palampur town in Kangra district on Tuesday.
Cremation is likely take place late Tuesday evening.
Martyr Sanjay Kumar was among the 25 paramilitary CRPF personnel killed in an ambush by Maoist militants in Sukma region of Chhattisgarh on Monday.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters and parents.
