There are moments in our lives when we are at a loss of direction and hope. But there are also moments when we have a complete clarity of where we are headed and what we are meant to be. All that we have to do is capture those moments of clarity and use them constructively towards gaining our hope back in the gloomy times.

Capturing a moment of clarity can be as simple as maintaining a journal of your inner voice and reasons at the times when you have a strong and positive instinct about your chosen paths. Even though they are snubbed more than often, our incessant inner voices are the only advocates of our good reason, and our true reason is the only constant in our nature that can lead us back to the true paths of our lives.

To seek this inner voice, all we have to do is to pay it its due attention, and it will more than often lead us to our moments of clarity. These are the moments when there is not even one ripple in the ocean of our thoughts, when we have the courage to tell exactly what we want and when every lingering doubt is brushed away by a surprisingly strong faith in our decisions. These are the moments when we know for sure!

It might seem ambitious, but in reality it is not that difficult to recognise these moments once we have trained ourselves to listen to our inner voice without any judgment. It is when we let our love for ourselves and others triumph for all the truth imbibed in it.

Once we have found our inner voice and our moment of clarity, life becomes quite simple and uncomplicated. Every time when we find ourselves surrounded by the dark clouds of hopelessness and confusion, we just have to refer back to our journal of moments of clarity and we will have our reasons right there to guide us back towards light!
