After the BCCI reportedly did not renew Sunil Gavaskar’s contract as commentator, Harsha Bhogle too seems to have been removed as IPL commentator.

He was reportedly given the roster for the matches before being cut out and was even part of the players’ auction in February.

Bhogle tweeted the following on Saturday.

Bhogle tweeted on Saturday. He had triggered a controversy after reacting to Amitabh Bachchan’s tweet during the WT20 criticising Indian commentators for discussing overseas players more than the home players.

Skipper MS Dhoni had retweeted, saying: “Nothing to add.”
