In a unique initiative, a sports portal is being launched where cricket fans can watch Live matches as well as highlights free of cost.
The website -- tensports.com -- will make its debut with the tri-series involving India, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, beginning in the island nation on September 8.
Ten Sports, a leading sports channel, and NBC Universal Digital Solutions (NBCUDS) have entered into an agreement to develop the website which will be a free, cricket-focused multi-platform sports portal.
The video experience will be complimented by commentary and statistics, and will allow viewers to simultaneously chat with friends during live Webcasts.
“We will be working hard to leverage the Ten Sports brand and our exclusive rights to deliver content in new and dynamic ways to our growing audience both in the sub-continent and around the World,” Mark Denton, Senior Vice President of the Ten Sport’s said.
