N Srinivasan, president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has told Pakistan cricket chief Najam Sethi during the Asian Cricket Council meeting that he will consider an India-Pakistan series after general elections India in 2014.

The Pakistan Cricket Board chairman says there might be a series against India late next year after he met with the top official of the Indian cricket board in Hong Kong.

Sethi says there's no written agreement between the two boards on when and where a series might be played.

If a series is planned, India will likely be the host as no foreign team has toured Pakistan since 2009 due to security fears.
