"You may expect some more surprises too," former Indian player and member of the National Senior Selection Committee, V B Chandrasekar told PTI in his capacity as in-charge for cricketing matters for Chennai Super Kings.

"None of the Indian players will be present at tomorrow's function since being busy with Deodhar Trophy matches. We have decided to have our launch of the IPL team sometime before end of this month," he said.

The SuperKings have roped in Matthew Hayden, Stephen Fleming, Jacob Oram, Michael Hussey, Albie Morkel, Muthiah Muralitharan and Makhaya Nitni amongt the foreign stars.

The team led by Dhoni also has S Badrinatrh, R Ashwin, Vidyuth Sivaramakrishnan, Anirudh Srikkanth from Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has not acceded to South Africa's request to arrange a warm up match since all city grounds have been allocated for City League matches.

Ticket sales for the first Test has been "encouraging," Kasi Viswanathan, Secretary, TNCA, said.
