After England openers Alastair Cook and Haseeb Hameed frustrated them in a dogged partnership for 50.2 overs, India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja struck late to remove both, reducing the visitors to 87 for 2 at stumps on the fourth day on Sunday. (Vizag Test: Day 4 match report)

India will look to break England’s resistance on a fifth day pitch of uneven bounce to force a result and take the lead in the five-match series. The first Test in Rajkot ended in a draw.
