A buoyant Netherlands squad hopes the performances of smaller nations at the 2011 World Cup could persuade the ICC to change its mind over reducing the number of teams in 2015.

The ruling body is set to switch from 14 to 10 teams at the next World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
