That was some speech! And we're not the only ones acknowledging that Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar's words moved everybody to tears - in India and the world over.
He delighted his fans for 24 years with his master strokes on the field and anyone who heard the Little Master at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium would agree that Tendulkar did not disappoint with his words off it too.
The Master Blaster, who carried a list so that he would not forget to extend people his gratitude, thanked one and all - his family, friends, colleagues, fans, coaches, management and support staff.

Moving, powerful, emotional, humble and captivating, Tendulkar's speech struck a chord on the wide world of web as well.
Never the ones to shy away from voicing their thoughts and opinions, the ever active Twitter tribe bombarded the website with tweets on Tendulkar - most of them touching and sweet.
