Shah Rukh’s joy knew no bounds when his team Trinbago Knight Riders beat St Lucia to register their second win of the tournament.

If Shah Rukh wooed fans off the field, it was the batsmen of the two teams that entertained the crowd with a world-record 34 sixes. While Kieron Pollard started the onslaught with 7 sixes during his knock of 65 for St Lucia Stars, Darren Bravo had the last laugh as he hit 10 sixes during his unbeaten knock of 94 off just 36 balls.

Both team scored in excess of 200. While St Lucia Stars managed to score 212 for the loss of just 2 wickets in their 20 overs, Trinbago Knight Riders chased down the total with a ball to spare. Bravo had the company of Brendon McCullum as the former Kiwi skipper hit a 42-ball 68.
