The two Singhs who have been a crucial part of India's success in ODIs will be missing in action when India take the field for the first ODI against South Africa in Jaipur on Feb 21.

Yuvraj is yet to recover fully from a finger injury while Harbhajan will be unavailable for the first two ODIs as he will be attending his sister's wedding. With Harbhajan missing the leading offspinner in the fray is Tamil Nadu's R Ashwin, whose domestic results were solid enough for him to be picked in the Board President's XI team that played a warm-up match against the South Africans.

Gautam Gambhir, who suffered a minor injury scare while batting on Monday, could also be a doubtful starter, but x-rays revealed no serious damage.
