India's World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh, who shares his birthday with superstar Rajinikanth and ICC president Sharad Pawar, turned 30 on Monday.
The cricketer who was named the man of the tournament in ICC World Cup 2011, which India won, is famous for his flamboyant style both on and off the ground.
In November, Yuvraj opted out of the West Indies series after he was diagnosed with a tumour in his left lung.
The good news is that it is a non-malignant tumour and the player, following extensive treatment, is on the road to full recovery.
On Sunday, Yuvraj said that he was targetting to be fit for the ODI tri-series in Australia in February next year.
We wish him a happy birthday and speedy recovery.
