Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura won the toss and elected to field in the first limited-overs international against Ireland at Harare Sports Club today.

Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura won the toss and elected to field in the first limited-overs international against Ireland at Harare Sports Club on Sunday.

Ireland is without allrounder Andre Botha, who injured his hand in the drawn four-day warmup match against a second string Zimbabwe XI side.

Zimbabwe dropped experienced spin bowler Ray Price to 12th man.

Zimbabwe: Elton Chigumbura (captain), Hamilton Masakadza, Brendan Taylor, Tatenda Taibu, Vusimuzi Sibanda, Craig Ervine, Charles Coventry, Graeme Cremer, Prosper Utseya, Ed Rainsford, Chris Mpofu.
